What is Get F.I.I.T.???
The Get FIIT program was created to bring the AFFORDABILITY of a group class done with the ATTENTION given in a private session for max RESULTS.
We designed our system to support you from where you are to where you want to be; not just to make you sweat.
The system offers:
- Small group classes (max 5 participants)
- 30 minutes
- Intervals of resistant training and cardio
- Offering monthly class packages
- Fitness challenges including nutrition, access to trainers, weigh in’s, nerve scan/wellness assessments and more.

- Strengthen the muscle and slim the waist.
- Increase your energy.
- Create accountability and guidance, not typically given in a large group class.
- Offer the attention given in a private session without the high cost.
The Workout
We want MAXIMIZE results for YOU, so we give more attention to YOU.
We are able to create this environment by:
- Limiting the class to max 5 participants, giving the trainer the ability to provide you with more attention.
- Each participant completes an evaluation form so the trainer knows your goals and abilities.
- The small group environment increases camaraderie, accountability, attention to form, and modification to match your abilities.
- The class is 30 minutes of High Intense Interval Training (H.I.I.T.); a method proven to keep the body in a fat burning state during and hours after the workout for max efficiency of your time.
The Science
– The H.I.I.T. Method –
Our exercise system is based on the High Intense Interval Training method, a.k.a H.I.I.T..
We use resistant exercises to stimulate the muscle, mixed with intervals of cardio to elevate the heart rate done, all done within a 30 min workout period.
– Fat Burning v Fat Storing –
The fluctuating the heart rate up and down, throughout the 30 minute time, puts the body into a FAT BURNING STATE. Mixing strength, cardio, and rest routines prevents the body from releasing cortisol, the stress hormone, which leads to FAT STORING. H.I.I.T. DEBUNKS the popular belief that elevating the heart rate longer period is the best way to lose weight.
– 30 Minutes Period –
The 30 minute system is designed around the study that 30 minutes of exercise is just as effective as a 60 minute workout, if not more, when exerting max effort through interval training. Our bodies respond to the intensity of the workout, not the duration of the workout. In addition, the short intense interval system will also yield a greater post-exercise reaction; burning calories at a higher rate hours after the workout.
The Trainer
Scott Elliott
Scott has been providing personal fitness training for over a decade. His unique approach combines physiology, psychology and passion in order to help his clients understand the core of their purpose for getting fit and healthy – across a lifetime. He begins by asking “what is your goal?”, the answer to which leads to an understanding of what is important to each person, and what they need from Scott. Scott delivers the core competency of Engaging and Sustaining People in a Healthy Lifestyle.
Following graduation from Texas A&M, Scott had a brief career as an Engineer. However, he chose to follow his passion of changing lives through health and fitness. His greatest reward is witnessing clients physically change and emotionally grow, as well as hearing about compliments they receive. As he causes change in lives, he changes life stories – to those that are happier, more productive, and inspiring. Their success is his success.
Scott has competed in fitness model competitions as a way of motivating himself to the next level of fitness and as a means of increasing his knowledge of health and how to remain accountable. He takes pride in practicing what he preaches. He received 1st place in the Muscle Mania competition in California and was a qualifier in the event in Las Vegas. In the FAME World Tour he placed 2nd in the male model category.
Scott’s programs capitalize on 3 areas: exercise, nutrition, and mindset. Recognizing everyone is unique with their own needs, physically and mentally, he utilizes his expertise to accommodate specific needs for the beginner, the advanced and those that need the motivation and incentive to continue on their journey. The intention is to ensure each person receives his or her desired results.

Brian Stenzler, MS, DC
Dr. Stenzler is the President/CEO of DREAM Wellness with 3 locations in San Diego and 2 in New York. He received his Doctorate of Chiropractic degree from Life University in 1998 and received honors in Clinical Excellence. In 1999, he received a Master’s degree in Sports Health Science from Life University. Dr. Stenzler paid his way through chiropractic college as a personal trainer; and is currently on the USGA Wellness Team where he adjusts the professional golfers at the US Open annually. He is also a Certified ULT Facilitator & Corporate Consultant and provides wellness and lifestyle coaching and consulting for businesses around the globe.
Dr. Stenzler’s vision was to create a venue where those he served would learn to live a life of abundance from above-down-inside-out (ADIO) and to inspire people that “good enough” doesn’t have to be “good enough”. Dr. Stenzler’s full bio
Fatimah Esfahanizadeh, DC
From a very early age Dr. Esfahanizadeh was intrigued by the human body as well as health and nutrition. She became a chiropractic patient in her teens and from that moment was determined to become a chiropractor.
As a San Diego native, Dr. Esfahanizadeh attended SDCCD and obtained her associate’s degree in transfer studies. Immediately after, she transferred to Life Chiropractic College West in the San Francisco Bay area and graduated as her class salutatorian with her Doctorate of Chiropractic. She also received the Clinical Excellence Award as well as the Academic Excellence Award.
During her graduate program she took an added focus on nutrition and supplementation as well as exercise therapy. In addition to her studies, she also worked as a tutor for microbiology and infectious diseases. She also taught various seminars and participated in several community outreach events. In her spare time, Dr. Esfahanizadeh enjoys CrossFit training, yoga, hiking, reading, and going to art galleries. She also appreciates quality time spent with her close friends and family.
