Thank you for participating in our special offer!  Please follow the instructions below to ensure all appointments are booked in a timely fashion and correctly.

Step 1:

Click on the DREAM logo to login:

 Step 2:  Choose the Redeem Certificate option.

Step 3:  Choose the desired service.  Using the online site, you may book appointments for your Wellness Assessment and Massage.  PLEASE schedule the Wellness Assessment prior to your massage as it will provide your massage therapist with pertinent information (your Groupon, Elive Life and Living Social certificates all come with this great assessment).  The assessment does not need to be performed on the same day as the massage. Step 4:  Please read the complete description and instructions on the service you have chosen. Choose the desired time and date for your appointment.

Step 5:  Scroll to the bottom of page and type in your First Name and Last Name in the requested box. 

Step 6:  Please complete all requested fields.  Please create a username on the bottom, but make your password your certificate number.

Step 7:  Schedule your appointment!  While booking your appointment, you will be asked for credit card information. This is needed to hold your appointment, but it will not be charged anything unless you miss or change your appointment within 24 hours; in which case you would be subject to a $30 fee. 

Please be generous and take great care of your massage therapist!  Our therapists run these promotions to help provide the community with a great service and to build their own businesses. The average gratuity is $20 (especially with these great offers because sometimes your gratuity is all they receive) so please be kind and help put a smile on her face, especially if she put one on yours!

After your appointment is scheduled, you will receive an email confirmation with directions to the office, parking information, and entrance forms to print and have completed prior to your arrival.  (If you are unable to have these forms completed, please arrive 25 minutes before your scheduled  appointment. Download Intake Form ).  If you do not receive an email confirmation, YOUR APPOINTMENT HAS NOT BEEN SCHEDULED CORRECTLY. 

Please note, there is a $30 24 hour cancellation / change fee assessed to appointments that are cancelled, missed or changed within 24 hours.
