Step 1:
Click on the DREAM logo to login: 
Step 2: Choose the location (Pacific Beach or Del Mar) that is most convenient for you.
Step 3: Choose the Redeem Certificate option.
Step 4: Choose the desired service. Using the online site, you may book appointments for your Wellness Assessment, Chiropractic Exam, Massage and Nutrition Assessment in Del Mar (if you would like to schedule the Nutrition Assessment in Pacific Beach please call 858 274-2225).
It is highly recommended to have the Chiropractic Exam prior to the massage. If you are not interested in the Chiropractic Exam, PLEASE schedule the Wellness Assessment prior to your massage as it will provide your massage therapist with pertinent information. The assessment does not need to be performed on the same day as the massage.
(The Wellness Assessment is not a Chiropractic Exam, however, it is done during the Chiropractic Exam automatically. Therefore, if you book the Chiropractic Exam, there is no need to also book the Wellness Assessment.)
Step 5: Please read the complete description and instructions on the service you have chosen. Choose the desired time and date for your appointment.
Step 6: Scroll to the bottom of page and type in your First Name and Last Name in the requested box.
Step 7: Please complete all requested fields. Please create a username on the bottom, but make your password your Groupon certificate number.
Step 8: Schedule your appointment! While booking your appointment, you will be asked for credit card information. This is needed to hold your appointment, but it will not be charged anything unless you miss or change your appointment within 24 hours; in which case you would be subject to a $30 fee.
To schedule your attendance for the Organic Cooking class and Fitness classes, please call the office or you may do so in person at the time of your first appointment. For fitness class schedules, call 858-847-0110 ext 105.
Step 9: Some of the visit types with go through a "Purchase" process first (don't worry, the price is $0). If you get a message that looks like:

After your appointment is scheduled, you will receive an email confirmation with directions to the office, parking information, and entrance forms to print and have completed prior to your arrival. (If you are unable to have these forms completed, please arrive 25 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Download Intake Form )
Please note, there is a $30 24 hour cancellation / change fee assessed to appointments that are cancelled, missed or changed within 24 hours.
